LiaDelicious pizza and garlic knots. The sauce with the knots was a bit bland. The salad was fresh and crisp and their house dressing superb. They very thoughtfully give you croutons and grated cheese on the side, as well as red pepper flakes for the pizza. The staff is very nice and the service fast. Will definitely go again to try some of the other items on the menu.

What sets Garlic Knot Pizza & Pasta apart is the care we put into our food to provide a superior taste. We make our dough in house, chopped fresh veggies everyday for salad and toppings. We use two kinds of Mozzarella cheeses to provide the right texture and taste to the standard of New York style pizza. We use fresh, never frozen, Polidori sausage. As for our cult following garlic knots, we tie each one individually and let it proof over night to get that soft and light texture. One of the biggest factors in our superior taste pizza is the fact we use a stone deck oven instead of conveyor ovens. Stone deck ovens do take more effort to manage but it is able to create a crunchy and delicious pizza crust of New York style.
At Garlic Knot Pizza & Pasta, we strive to be a family friendly environment with delicious food, good customer service, ice cream for the kiddos and beer and wine for adults. We also host fundraisers for big or small causes to give back to the community.
